Avenged Sevenfold: Europe Winter 2013
Warner Bros. Records’ multi-million selling Avenged Sevenfold today announced fall European arena tour dates kicking off on November 8th in Stockholm at Hovet and winding down in Birmingham on December 5th at National Indoor Arena (NIA). These are the first European live dates since the band’s epic festival and arena headlining performances of 2011. The eagerly anticipated return will see the band also hitting the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Forum in Milan, Sporthalle in Hamburg, Pavelo Olimpic in Barcelona, and more. Special guests Five Finger Death Punch and Device (feat. David Draiman of Disturbed) will support all dates. See below for a complete list of dates.
Avenged Sevenfold’s 5th studio album, Nightmare (certified Gold), earned the band it’s highest ever debut on the Billboard album chart when it took the Number One spot and spawned hit singles ‘Nightmare’, ‘So Far Away’ and ‘Welcome To The Family’. In November of last year the band also made an unprecedented appearance as characters in the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 video game which also included the band’s performance of a song written for the game, ‘Carry On’ which then went on to be a massive stateside radio hit.
Nearly three years since their last tour and with a new album in the works, the band are making their eagerly awaited return and are set to play their biggest shows on European soil to date.
