It doesn’t take too long for news to break in the music business and already the media is buzzing with details of a 2013 tour by American Melodic Rock star Jeff Scott Soto – his first full European tour since 2009.  Although it has been in planning for months, the singer is only now ready to release the outline of what promises to be a stunning road trip around Europe.

It is with great pride that Jeff is ‘presenting’ these two acts as a sort of ‘Soto-palooza’ roadshow in which he implores: “EVERYONE to be on time for a great night of music and many surprises throughout the show. it will be an evening of great rock ‘n roll, fun and memories so get there at the time the venues say to get there!!”

Jeff will be touring with his most recent band line-up comprising; Jorge Salán (guitar), Fernando Mainer (bass), ‘BJ’ (guitar/keys/vocals) and Edu Cominato (drums/vocals) and will be showcasing his current solo album ‘Damage Control’, as well as tracks from across his solo and front-man roles right across his outstanding career. Also, Frontiers Records has just officially issued the third and final video from the ‘Damage Control’ album, ‘NeverEnding War’. The song was written by JSS and Joel Hoekstra (Night Ranger) and also features Jeff’s son Jason and stepdaughter Grace within the contents of the video. It can be found on  or on the JSS site:

To add to the excitement of this particular tour, the majority of dates will see JSS supported by none other than his guitarist Jorge Salan’s solo trio as well as an exciting new band from Athens named Danger Angel. Soto recorded vocals to one of Salán’s songs on the ‘Chronicles Of An Evolution’ album back in 2007, which is what led to bringing him into JSS’s band, and Jorge’s latest album ‘Sexto Asalto’  (‘Sixth Assault’) will be available along with his other releases at each show. Danger Angel came to Jeff’s attention back in 2009 when he was asked to participate on a track for their 2010 debut album. The band parted ways with their vocalist and brought in a more prominent vocalist named ‘MT’ to help them find a new direction and focus, recruiting Soto to produce their follow up album, ‘Revolutia’, of which Jeff was “beyond proud to be a part”. Jeff also sings most of the backing vocals on the album as well as sharing some lead vocals on the single ‘When I’m Gone’.
